Complete the Form below to indicate your interest in volunteering at a Heart Revolution event. Some roles are not available with every event and signing up does not guarantee that you will be utilized in that role.

General Event Volunteer Opportunities:

-Resources and Activities
When events have a resource table, this team helps sells books and other materials as well as assisting attendees with activities signup and questions. Also this position is responsible for distribution of materials to attendees, as needed. Some offsite activities may need an Activities Coordinator who would be responsible for assisting attendees get to/from their selected locations. You will be required to arrive several hours before official check-in for the event. If you are bad counting money and staying organized, or hate books & people, this might not be the role for you.

-Attendee Services
This is a very important part of the event. We want every man to feel welcome and to have as much help that he needs in getting settled in and registered. Roles would include greeting attendees and helping them park, get them and their stuff to the right place. Help attendees check-in and get their materials. You will be required to arrive several hours before official check-in and (for some roles) be able to lift stuff.

-General Event Help
This general event help that would include checking supplies in bathrooms and bunk houses, presentation hall set up and clean up, prepping camp fires. In addition, this team would include assisting in unload & set-up before the event and pack up & general help in closing up at the end of the event. You will be required to arrive several hours before official check-in, stay for a few hours at the close of the event and (for some roles) be able to lift heavy stuff.

Specialized Event Volunteer Opportunities:

-Event Medical Support (This individual receives 50% off registration fee)
This individual provides "on-call only" medical support to any event attendee. The role is required to carry provided communication equipment at all times and must remain on-campus for the entire event (so no participation in any offsite activities). This position requires a board-certified Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse or EMT (sorry, no LPNs, etc. due to the camp location regulations). Because the requirements of this position could be time consuming and first priority would be to perform medical care as needed, the cost to you as an attendee would be 50% off.

-HRev Leadership Support Team (This small team receives 25% off registration fee)
This small team provides vital support services to the Heart Revolution main speakers & leaders, and to the event attendees, as needed. Due to the nature of this role, attendees must have attended at least two previous Heart Revolution events, and once interest is indicated below, will be required to have a one-on-one discussion with the HRev leadership team to review the role, its requirements, commitment and general expectations. Because the requirements of this position are very time consuming and first priority would be to work as needed, the cost to you as an attendee would be 50% off. You must be very clear in understanding that there is a very strong possibility that there will be times that you will not be able to participate in all the sessions, dinners or other things on the schedule for the weekend.

-Kitchen Service Team (This small team receives 75% off registration fee)
This team provides critical kitchen support for all meals, including serving tables, as well as shifts in the Camp Coffee Shop. Because the requirements of this position are very time consuming and first priority would be to work as needed, the cost to you as an attendee would be 75% off. You must be very clear in understanding that there WILL BE several times that you will not be able to participate in all the sessions, meals or other things on the schedule for the weekend.


*Event Crew Volunteer Submission Requirements:
1. Must have attended at least one previous Heart Revolution event for all positions (except otherwise noted).
2. Must be paid and registered for the event that you are interested in serving by the close of Regular Registration.
3. MUST submit your name, preference in serving opportunity(ies) by the close of Regular Registration.

  • Heart Revolution will review all submissions and notify you of your status 1 week after submission deadline.
  • Heart Revolution reserves the right to deny any applicant for any reason.
  • Heart Revolution reserves the right to combine roles/duties as needed.
  • Normal cancellation policies apply. You can find those HERE.
  • If you are confirmed as an Event Crew attendee, the appropriate % discount of your original registration fee will be credited to your account, if offered.
